“First Month Free” Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The Keren’s Nursery Wimbledon First Month Free Promotion (“the Promotion”) is a limited-time enrolment incentive for new families. By participating, families (“New Parents”) accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Promotion, all the following conditions must be met:

  • The Promotion is valid only for new registrations at Keren’s Nursery Wimbledon.
  • Registration must take place between 1 February 2026 and 28 February 2026 (inclusive). Registration may be initiated by completing Keren’s Nursery Wimbledon’s online contact form; however, to qualify for the Promotion the family must complete full enrolment (see below) by 28 February 2026.
  • The child must begin attending the nursery on or before 1 March 2026.
  • New Parents must complete the full enrolment process, including all required documentation and payment of the standard nursery deposit, prior to the child’s start date.
  • The Promotion is limited to full-time, 5-day registrations only. For the purposes of this Promotion, a “full-time, 5-day” registration means any booking of five days per week, regardless of daily hours (for example: 5 days 09:00–15:00 or 5 days 08:00–18:00). Part-time registrations do not qualify.
  • The Promotion is not available to families who began or completed the registration process before 1 February 2026.

3. Promotion Reward

  • Eligible families will receive their first month of standard nursery fees free of charge (“the Reward”).
  • The Reward applies only to standard nursery fees and excludes all additional charges, including (but not limited to): additional hours, late fees, and optional services or activities.
  • Only one Reward per child is permitted.
  • The Reward cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or fee reduction.

4. Government Funding

  • The Promotion does not affect any Government Early Years Funding to which a child may be entitled.
  • Where a child is accessing local authority funding during their first month, the Reward means parents will not be required to pay any nursery fees in addition to the funding received.
  • Local authority funding is paid directly to the nursery and is not refundable or transferable to parents.

5. Conditions for Receiving the Reward

To receive the Reward:

  • The child must commence attendance on or before 1 March 2026.
  • Enrolment must be completed in full, including payment of the standard deposit, before the child’s start date.
  • The Reward applies only to the first month of attendance and does not roll over or extend to any other period.
  • Practical process: Families may begin by completing our contact form and arranging a show-round. To qualify, the family must complete the full enrolment process (including all required paperwork and payment of the standard deposit) by 28 February 2026.

6. Early Withdrawal Clause

  • If the child leaves the nursery before 31 August 2026, the value of the free first month becomes payable in full.
  • This amount will be added to the family’s final invoice and must be settled in accordance with the nursery’s standard payment terms.

7. Limitations

  • The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit.
  • The Promotion is subject to availability; nursery places are limited.

8. Disqualification

Keren’s Nursery reserves the right to withdraw or disqualify the Reward if:

  • Any part of the enrolment information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete;
  • These Terms and Conditions or the nursery’s standard policies are breached;
  • The child fails to begin attendance on or before 1 March 2026;
  • The registration is not for a full-time, 5-day place as defined in clause 2.

9. Promotion Duration

  • The Promotion is valid from 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026.
  • The Promotion ends 28 February 2026 at 23:59 GMT.
  • Keren’s Nursery reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion.

10. Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the nursery’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering the Promotion.

11. General

Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Keren’s Nursery may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
