Keren’s Nursery Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions: 

1. Introduction 

  1. Keren’s Nursery (“the nursery”) Referral Scheme (“scheme”) is designed to reward our existing parents (the “referrers”) for referring new families (the “referred”) to our nursery. By participating in this Scheme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility 

  • The referrer must be an existing parent/guardian with a child currently enrolled at the nursery.
  • The referred family must not have previously registered any children at the nursery. 

3. Referral Reward 

  • The referrer will receive a £500 reduction off their child’s nursery fees (“reward”) upon completing the enrolment of the referred child.
  • The referred child will also receive £150 reduction off their first monthly fees.

4. Conditions for the reward 

  • The referred child must complete their enrolment with their first month fees paid in full, for the referrer to qualify for the reward.
  • Funded Children – The reward only applies to reduce the referrer’s own payment of fees and does not include any Early Years Funding received by the government.

5. Referral Process 

  • Referrals must be made by the referring parents by emailing the nursery office/manager in which they will provide the details of the referred family and their contact details, and;
  • The referred family must provide the referrer’s name at the time of registration to be eligible for the scheme.

6. Limitations 

  • The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
  • The reward does not affect any Government Early Years Funding provided for any child.
  • A referrer may earn multiple £500 reward reductions if they refer multiple new families, but only one £500 reward is given per referred family, irrespective of the number of children in the family, and only as long as the referrer’s child/ren is/are enrolled at the nursery.

7. Disqualification 

  • The nursery reserves the right to disqualify any referrer or referred family if there is reason to believe that these terms and conditions have been violated.

8. Scheme Duration 

  • The Scheme is valid until further notice. The nursery reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the scheme at any time without prior notice.

9. Privacy 

  • By participating in the scheme, both referrers and referred families agree that their information may be used by the nursery in connection with the administration of the scheme.
  • All personal data will be processed in accordance with the nursery’s privacy policy

10. General 

  • The nursery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Participation in the scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
